Any reproduction, distribution, public disclosure or commercial use without our express written consent is prohibited and may have civil and criminal consequences.
As a user you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (e.g. identification data, contacts, payment information) is accurate, complete and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account suspension, withholding of withdrawals or legal action. Your personal data is processed only in accordance with our privacy policy and the GDPR. We apply high security and transparency standards.
All investment and trading decisions you make via True Capitvane – whether manual or via AI automations – are your sole responsibility and are made at your own risk. True Capitvane provides a technical infrastructure but does not offer personalised financial advice, recommendations or profit guarantees. We will notify you in good time (usually at least 14 days) by email, platform message or on the website. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. For material changes you may close your account.
